SUSHI RICE RECIPES :

Ingeridients: 


  • 2 Tbs Japanese rice vinegar.


  • One 1/4 Tbs sugar.


  • One tsp ocean salt.


  • One little piece of kombu.
  • 1/2 a pair of cup rice vinegar. 
  • Three Tbs of sugar. 
  • Two Tbs of salt.
  • Three for each cup of raw rice, use:
  • Three Tbsp rice vinegar or jasmine rice for sushi
  • One Tbsp sugar, or slightly less
  • One tsp salt



Instructions:


Mix sugar, vinegar, and salt during a cooking pan over low heat till sugar and salt area unit utterly dissolved. Let the vinegar mixture cool. once the rice has finished cookery, sprinkle a tablespoon or 2 of the vinegar mixture within the bowl. Place the grilled rice within the bowl, then sprinkle with the remaining vinegar. Toss the rice with a rice paddle to combine it equally with the vinegar, cutting sideways into the rice with the paddle. try this gently in order that you don’t break the rice. Sushi Vinegar


Ingredients:


  • Rice Vinegar 
  • Mirin
  • Sake
  • Granulated Sugar 
  • Salt Kombu 
  • Seaweed 
  • Quantity
  • 1/3 cup 
  • 1/3 cup
  • 1/3 cup 
  • 1 cup 




Instructions:

1. During a little pot, mix all ingredients except kombu alga and over medium heat, bring mixture to boil.

2. Once the sugar has dissolved and mixture reaches a small boil, take away from heat. 

3. Transfer to a bowl, add the kombu to infuse and permit to cool down.

4. Once dish vinegar has reached temperature, transfer to an instrumentality and confine white goods till able to use. Strain the kombu before mistreatment the dish vinegar.

  • Crab meat Avocado
  • Cucumber Nori
  • Quantity 
  • 1/4 cup

  • 2-3 pcs



Instructions:


1. Lay out a small Roul’Pat on kitchen work surface. Place a sheet of the sushi seaweed on top of the mat. Note: Make sure the seaweed is parallel to the mat for even rolling. 

2. Add a generous handful of the sushi rice and spread from the top side of the nori seaweed to bottom. Note: Do not add too much rice to nori sheet, it will be difficult to close the roll. There should be no more than 3/16 inch of rice on the surface of the nori seaweed. 

3. Add the prepared filling ingredients to the center of the roll and keep them bundled together with both hands on the bottom side of the Roul’Pat roll from the top edge and cover the filling.

4. Crimp the top edge of the nori to the underside of the filling to keep the roll tight. Proceed to roll the sushi roll to complete. Note: Spread the rice leaving a 1/4 inch space at the bottom of the nori seaweed, this will help close the roll.

5. Transfer the sushi roll to a cutting board and with a sharp knife cut the roll in half and cut even pieces. 

6. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi and pickled ginger.
